Even though it was daytime, the "dolphins in space" theme had been carried over to the brunch. The mural was nowhere to be found, but inside the tent that had been set up to give everyone a shady place to gather, there were silver and blue metallic streamers and balloons hung up, and each of the tables had a blue flower arrangement on it ( Read more... )

Alex was decompressing after this past weekend. Currently, that involved a bottle of Jack Daniels, a glass and a glare. The first two were for Alex and the last was for Tino. Tino wisely stayed out of Alex's way tonight. He didn't need to get popped in the nose or something.

Alex wasn't really in the mood to deal with customers tonight so he'd taken some alcohol to the back room to have some peace and quiet. Tino was manning the bar, looking a little relieved that he wasn't going to have to deal with any verbal abuse from Alex tonight.
